Behind the food we casually eat on a daily basis, there are many “people, things, and circumstances.

These “circumstances” include treating food that can still be eaten as garbage, depriving the future of “deliciousness,” and sometimes at the expense of someone else.

This is where we take on the challenge with our ideas and technology.

By reducing the water content of discarded vegetables to less than 12% and turning them into dried vegetables, we will create a society where delicious food does not come at a cost.
